How long does it take to do a custom artwork? Generally, that depends on how busy I am. If I have the time to
sit down and work on it straight, it takes about two weeks to complete the artwork and get it posted in the mail. I
usually ask my customers to give me at least 4-6 weeks, but will do it faster if work load permits.
Yes, if charged with a Visa or Mastercard.
I accept Visa, Mastercharge, check or money order. If using a charge card,
please send the name on the card, charge number, expiration date, billing address (if different from mailing or shipping
address) with the order. If you are paying by check or money order, send it in with your order. I do not deposit checks or
process credit card numbers until the artwork is packed and ready for shipping.
Can I send you pictures VIA email? Yes, please feel free to send any hi-resolution pictures via email attachments.
For best results make sure the pictures are in jpg/JPEG mode.
Do you offer gift certificates? Yes, I do offer gift certificates for original (or commissioned) artwork.
Certificates, especially for House Portraits are useful for donating to charitable events, or to give as a unique gift,
where you may not have access to the subject house for purposes of photographing. They may also be ordered, if I cannot
get an artwork done in time for a special occasion due to my workload.
The standard original or commissioned artwork (either 10 X 13 or 11 X 14) is priced at
$100.00 plus $6.00 postage/handling if shipped. Larger sizes (17 X 20) is priced at $250.00
plus $6.00 postage/handling if shipped. Prints are $10.00 each or 3 for $25.00 plus $6.00
shipping. All virginian residence must add 4.5% tax. Colorizing using color pencils is $5.00 extra per artwork.
Do you offer wholesale prices? Please send me an
email to inquire about rates.
What if I don't like the artwork? All artwork is 100% guarenteed except shipping. If the artwork is not what you
envisioned, or is incorrect, send it back and I will be glad to rework the artwork, or refund your money back.
What if I only want the artwork re-worked. Is there any extra costs? I will not ask for any additional funding
unless there is a size change, and then I will ask the difference between the sizes. Remember I am offering a 100%
guarentee.
What do you need to do a House Portrait? I would like you to send several different photos of the house,
identifing which photo view you favor. Three-quarter views are the best. If there is heavy vegetation, move a few feet on
either side and take additional photos so that I can see hidden details. Please let me know if there is any vegetation
you would like to remain in the picture. I will create the house portraits without blocking trees, but I do preserve bushes
and ground plants and flowers. All photos will be returned with the completed artwork.
What do you need for a commissioned aircraft? If a particular individual's aircraft is desired, I need to know the
serial numbers, unit badges and marking for the aircraft. While I can research an aircraft marking (if I have the year
of service), it would be good to have a photo pf the aircraft if possible.
Who owns the copyright? I do! Unless you are a commercial venture, and have secured the copyright from me specifically,
I claim copyright ownership for all artwork created by me. You may use the image to have notecards or postcards produced
for personal use only. A scanned of the artwork may be made for use on a non-commercial website. Any commercial use of the
artwork without prior permission from me is forbidden. For more information on

click I don't see a print of what I need and cannot afford a commissioned artwork, what can I do? Chances are that
someday, I will be doing the particular type of aircraft that you are looking for. If you send me an
email asking about a certain aircraft, I will put you in my list for inquiries. Usually, if I get a lot of requests
for a particular aircraft, I may create the aircraft and offer both the original prints for sale.
I will colorize a print or artwork using color pencil. Usually this techniques works
well in some cases and in others the effect leaves little for desire. I am working out a couple of techniques, including
color washes. I will post on the website the results of that research and experimentation.
Do you do portraits of people? As you can see, I have a lot of experience with both the Aviation Artwork as well as the
House Portraits. This is because I done hundreds and had a lots of practice. This is not true of human portraits. Since I
don't normally do portaits, each one is a challenge and is new territory for me and my skills. Some I have done in
the past have come out very well, and some, even after multiple tries, just fail to capture the essense of
the subject. This is another area I will be attempting to increase my skills.

Can you take the House Portrait photographs for me? Yes, If you live locally (within 25 miles of Hampton, Virginia).
I charge $20.00 extra for this service. If you live outside of the 25 mile radious (like Hawaii), and want to pay full
expenses including transportation, lodging and meals, just send me an
email for me to consider. Seriously, if you cannot
take a photograph yourself, because of skill level, lack of equipment, distant or lack of time, contact a local
(to the subject house) Realitor and see if they can perform this service for you for a small fee. Most Real Estate
offices are equiped to take pictures and know the area.
Yes, I do, but I do not accept painting commissions. When I paint, it is for my own vision,
satisfaction and enjoyment. You will find these paintings available for sale from time to time on the website.
This website is my catalog. In the future I may offer a printer-friendly page
with a copy of all prints available on a single page for printing.
Would you add a link to my website? On my commercial websites, I will certainly add a link to your site in exchange for a link on your site to my website. I have a banner set up here and would like to have some sort of graphic/banner from your site. In some cases I may be able to 'create' a suitable banner from a graphical element located on your site if you don't have one ready made. I do check these links on occasion, and if the link is dead, or if I cannot find my link on your site, your information will be removed. Interested? just send me an email with the linking details. freedom. My house is falling apart, can you fix it? I had a client who sent me several pictures of
victorian houses from Cambridge, Massachusetts, all in various states of disrepair. The finished artworks included
'missing' banister spindles, 'repaired' shutters, 'tamed' shrubs and other cosmetic fixes.
